Join the HULA team as a Project Manager Intern and learn how software projects are run end-to-end. You'll work directly with our Product Owner, supporting the delivery of an internal product alongside a cross-functional team of developers, QA and DevOps. This is a learning-focused role - we value curiosity and reliability over prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner in day-to-day project coordination
- Take meeting notes, capture action items and follow up on them
- Help keep the Jira board tidy - create and update tickets under guidance
- Track blockers and dependencies and flag them to the PO
- Help maintain project documentation (wiki, knowledge base)
- Assist with UAT sessions and simple status updates
Qualifications
- Interest in project management and software delivery
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Polish and English (min. B2)
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
- Studies (or recent graduate) in a related field - or a convincing motivation to move into PM
Nice to have
- Any exposure to Jira, Agile/Scrum or teamwork tools
- Previous internship or student-org / project experience
Recruitment Process
