Marketing Intern
Marketing Intern
Job description
This entry-level internship is designed for students, recent graduates, or aspiring professionals eager to launch a career in marketing through practical experience.
Collaborating closely with our Growth Manager and Head of Business Development, you will provide essential administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include coordinating event participation, liaising with finance on invoicing and documentation, and ensuring seamless workflow execution. This role offers rare, hands-on exposure to the operational mechanics of a real-world marketing department.
Over time, your role will expand to include active participation in campaign initiatives- such as email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and event execution-alongside daily tool management. We aim to transition successful interns into long-term team members.
Prior marketing experience is not required; we value dependability, organizational skills, and a strong drive to grow professionally in this field.
What you will learn
- How a B2B marketing and sales funnel works in practice, from first contact to closed deal
- How to plan and settle the logistics and budget of conferences and industry events
- How to work with a CRM and with marketing automation tools

- How marketing decisions are made - you will sit in on strategic meetings with the Business Development Team from the start

- Helping to keep the marketing budget tracker up to date (subscriptions, tools, events, campaigns)
- Helping with agreements, order confirmations and other paperwork with vendors, event organisers and agencies
- Keeping marketing files, folders and documentation tidy and easy to find
Day-to-day team support
- Supporting the Growth Manager and Head of Business Development in daily marketing operations

- Participating in strategic meetings with the Business Development Team
Qualifications
